The do’s and don’t of staying virus-free
With cleaning becoming more crucial in our lifestyles nowadays, people are becoming more careless. Some are too focused on the idea of cleaning, they act before being correctly informed of the safety measures. Individuals should understand what guidelines to adhere to and what actions to avoid. Today we will discuss the do’s and don’t of staying virus-free
Disinfect your keys, wallets, cell phones, etc.
To prevent the spread of viruses, people are told to wash their hands and body after a long day out. However, people forget to disinfect their belongings that have been used while outdoors. Germs can be collected on these accessories and must be wiped with a disinfectant.
Cover your nose when wearing masks
When wearing masks, make sure to cover both your nose and mouth. Adjust the mask so it protects any spaces where germs can penetrate. Your nose and mouth are vulnerable areas where viruses can invade and should be covered to lessen your chance of getting sick.
Don’t touch your masks
The outer part of your mask is potentially the area most exposed to various germs. Because wearing masks in public for many people is a new measure, people are not informed of the safety measures to take. It is recommended that you touch the outside of your mask as little as possible. Also, you should wash your hands before and after the mask is worn.
Don’t share food
If you are out in public hanging out with friends and family, avoid sharing food with others. With some people being asymptomatic to the novel coronavirus, you can’t know for sure who is infected. Due to this, it is recommended that you keep food to yourself.
